We wanted to share with you exciting news from Haiti! Cholera is what is on everyone's mind here in Haiti which is still hurting from the earthquake earlier this year. It is difficult seeing Haitians suffer and people die because of this awful bacteria, but this we were reminded that even through this God is still bringing life! Two girls I was meeting with for the past couple weeks about becoming a Christian gave their lives to Jesus this past Thursday! Marie Christie in 8th grade who I had as a student last year and Hasheny in 6th grade. Enjoy the pictures of our new sisters in Christ! Happy Thanksgiving
We’ll look at Luke 11: 1-13 this Sunday if you want to read ahead. As we are growing to be like Christ, we must learn from our Lord the importance of prayer.
